Project Description
430 East 58th street is located in Manhattan’s Sutton place neighborhood and is the site of a future residential skyscraper. The future skyscraper is just a stone’s throw away from the East River and only a few blocks south of the Ed Kock Queensboro Bridge. Construction finally took off in 2018 after a few years of push back from neighborhood residents. Once completed the skyscraper will top out at 69 stories and rise above 800 ft. UBS began installation of the hoist complex back in December of 2018. The hoist complex will consist of two 7,000lb. capacity dual hoists. These hoists will service from the ground floor up top the roof, covering 840 ft.
